How to export Revolut statements as CSV or Excel

Updated 4 November 2026 · Rowclean

Revolut personal accounts get PDF or Excel. Business accounts add CSV and bank formats. Either way you get one statement per currency, and times default to UTC, which can shift dates.

Personal accounts

  1. On Home, tap Accounts and pick the currency.
  2. Tap More (...), then Statement.
  3. Choose the timeframe.
  4. Choose PDF or Excel, then Generate.

The statement includes pending, completed and reverted transactions, plus Personal and Group Pocket activity. Revolut doesn't issue hard copies or stamps for personal statements.

Business accounts

  1. On Home, tap ..., then Statements.
  2. Choose Account statement, and one currency account.
  3. Pick dates. You can't go earlier than the date the account opened.
  4. Choose PDF, CSV, XML (camt.053) or TXT (MT940).

A separate transaction statement, filtered by account, card or currency, comes as PDF or CSV. You need the "manage accounts" permission to download either.

Two things that trip people up

Turning a Revolut PDF into CSV

Rowclean reads one currency statement at a time in your browser, flags the currency it found, and checks the running balance before you pay.

Only have the PDF statement?

Rowclean turns it into a CSV in your browser (nothing is uploaded), shows every row with its page and line, and checks the running balance to the penny before you pay. £3 for your first statement, then 99p each, with no signup.
